This was a big rip off- the vendor should be ashamed to be in business- the flowers arrived all wilted and did not seem to be packed with any moisture to keep them fresh. Delivery was later than the promise date ( missed by 3 days!!) Some stems were bent & broken. I have registered complaint to Amazon and sent comp,aint to vendor in hopes I would get my money back. The person whom I sent the flowers to was very dissapointed in the gift.

I bought this one Dozen Rainbow Valentine's Day Roses for my girlfriend and scheduled to be delivered on 14th February. However, they arrived 4 days in advance. Even worse, the roses received didn't look pretty as described in the website. They arrived closed and quite limp. We put them in a vase but to no avail. By the 2nd/3rd day they started turning black and died, never opened at all. They were the worst bouquet of roses I had ever had. How Proflowers could provide their 7-day freshness guarantee. I will never order from them again.

The roses are not good and the packing is also not good. None of roses is red. I will never come back as a customer. Terrible experience.

First of all, what was delivered didn't even remotely come close to the picture. I was told when I placed the order for the flowers for my wife, that they would be delivered Feb 14--Valentines Day. They came Feb 9th.........really? Why would they ask me for the specified delivery date if they couldn't come through???
Not only that, within 3 days the flowers were wilting and dead. I've bought better flower arrangements from supermarkets. I have never had an issue with anything that I've purchased at Amazon---but they dropped the ball on this one.

I sent them to a school for my moms birthday Feb second. They were not delivered until well after all the kids and teacher left the school, They were not found them until LATE the next day due to misdelivery. Second I sent them a message the same afternoon when I found she had not gotten them and I have still not been contacted. They look nothing like the picture, Most were a UGLY greenish color. Never again!!

Finally got word from them and was told that I was in fact wrong and they showed them delivered before school was out (Told other wise by the person who they were given to later that afternoon). All I got was half a sorry and a promise that they would refund the shipping. well that was on the 6th and I not seen anything yet.

12 days. Im about to raise hell

Some how shortly after I posted this the refund was processed.. how interesting...

I am writing this to voice my dissatisfaction with the product. The roses look like they were beautiful when they were sent but, they were sent with no water tubes so they were browning by the time that they arrived and they sent no "Flower Fresh" food for them to revitalize them once they did actually get to my wife. I would like to have known that there wa not a vase included with them so that I could have made arrangements for them. This will not keep me from ordering from Amazon, It will just make me think twice about third party sellers in the future.

i was out of the country and decided to use these guys since they advertise extensively and were here on amazon as well. i sent a mothers day bouquet for over $100 and my wife was very happy and thankful. I returned home the next day and saw the half dead bouquet they sent. apparently it is the thought that counts. but when i told her i spent over $100 she was just as mad as me.

i could have gone to the grocery store and bought a better arrangement for $10.

i wrote customer service to complain and they promised a replacement bouquet. which they never sent. 8 emails later they offer me a $10 coupon towards my next order. i'm never ordering from them again.

their flowers suck.

their customer service sucks.

don't waste your time. call a local florist you trust or go to the grocery store!

Perhaps roses are not meant to be sent by mail, or perhaps it's just this brand. But they were in a pretty sorry shape on arrival, and didn't last nearly as long as flowers from the grocery store. I am not even comparing here to flowers from a florist.
