Sometimes it's what the buyer doesn't say that makes a bad transaction so BUYER BEWARE. While they don't say "THESE ARE ALL STAMPED 2009!" they do say "New Year's Eve Rubber Ducky Party Favors" NOT "2009 New Year's Eve Rubber Ducky Party Favors."

BAD JOB OTC.
