I have been skin brushing now for 4 weeks and the results are absolutely amazing. So amazing that when my friends see the changes in my skin, they have started using this method daily. I love it! I look forward to dry brushing my skin daily, it is stimulating. My body skin has changed dramatically. Skin is firmer. Dry skin brushing is one of the most healthy applications you can do for yourself. Try it, you will love it!

This book is very focused - most of the pictures are extremely helpful (except for the ones where lines are drawn over clothing). I would recommend it to anyone, and I have seen a positive change in my lymphatic system since brushing for only several weeks.

I purchased this book several months ago and have been so happy with the results. Berkowsky's brushing routine compliments the natural flow of the bodys lymph system (the fluids that clear toxins and germs out of the body). Yogis have done this for years in their morning routine and I haven't found a better book out there, You'll smile at the slightly 1970/80's photos of "guys in speedos with brush in hand" but the well explained brushing technique is invaluable. My energy levels have lifted dramatically and friends tell me I'm looking really great. At 46 years old I appreciate that. The routine took about 15 minutes to get through in the beginning but now I can whizz through it if I need to in around 6 minutes I really do look forward to getting out of bed now, it feels really healthy. Enjoy!
