Directions
As a dietary supplement mix 1 heaping teaspoon of powder with 4-6 oz. of fresh juice. After consumption drink an additional 8-16 oz. of water. Repeat 5 times a day until the bottle is empty or as directed by your health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place. Two Week Herbal Home Colonic Program Day 1: Start with only one capsule of Quick Colon #1 during or just after dinner. This formula works best when mixed with food. Day 2: This morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action & in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior today or the difference wasn't dramatic, then tonight increase your dosage to two capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel so lets be patient & only increase by one capsule each day. By the end of the first week you should know what your dosage is. I used this product with the Lower Bowel Cleanse and got big results! I followed the directons and used it until the bottle was empty and I am now having 2 large BM'S a day which before it was 1 small every few days. My energy is way up and I feel fantastic. This product really works. I had to take up to 8 pills a day. The downside of my review would be that I smelled of garlic the whole time I took these. Which wasn't pleasant for those around me.
