I used this product with the Lower Bowel Cleanse and got big results! I followed the directons and used it until the bottle was empty and I am now having 2 large BM'S a day which before it was 1 small every few days. My energy is way up and I feel fantastic. I was experiencing some moods although able to control these. I now know that these symptoms were as a result of not eleminating well. My herbal dr. recommended I use these every 6 months.

a bit too much garlic,

This product really works. I had to take up to 8 pills a day. The downside of my review would be that I smelled of garlic the whole time I took these. Which wasn't pleasant for those around me.
