It is a lot of info to take in and it will take awhile to get my family on this diet but it makes total sense. You can feel that the stories are true and that you will be healthier if you follow the plan. I have already done 2 juice fasts and I feel great!

This "Master Cleanse" is the best thing you'll ever do for your body. I recommend to go through the process at least once a year, twice if you have time.
