I have been using this formula for about 7 months now. After 12 years of chronic eczma & psoriasis within the first 4 months there has been a complete clearing and there is no sign of this haunting skin disorder.I am well aware of different things working for different people, trust me, over 12 years I have spent thousands and thousands of $$$ seeking assistance from health experts WORLDWIDE. The toxins built up over time and began leaking through the skin in various areas,because the organs themselves were overloaded with toxic accumulation and no matter how well I have done with dieting, there was just not enough movement. This product along with Dr. Pagano's Healing Psoraisis book together became a complete system for me. Learning what foods to avoid and what kinds of reactions I have. Now at this point I can drink alcohol again, eat foods that would tear me up from the inside out,Literally! I would not sleep for days. Now I just have to stay on top and make sure I have this formula. This Formula is an intestinal food it heals and acts as a laxative, it is convenient and capsuled for you. I personally can not have much pepper(cayenne is one of the ingredients) so I go to my local herb store and buy the herbs in bulk and cap it up myself. The formula is listed in Dr. Christopher's books(colon health and rejuvenation through elimination). My partner buy's this product regularly and has benefited greatly as well. Like most of us he has been programmed into a certain lifestyle and has been very dehydrated and constipated, eating stuffy foods and not enough live enzymes, clean water and sunlight (early or late in the day directly on the eyes). It's great to see him come alive again and thank you Dr. Christopher, Staff and all those behind the scenes for getting this info out there. Thank you Amazon for being open and caring products like these. (PS. tweak the dosage until you reach the desired effects, # of caps to the # of times a day, it takes alot more to move me than it does my partner and it takes even more than both of us to move our friend , to clear him of his overload). Dr. Christopher was fantastic in his field! This is a wonderful formula and does the job without getting you dependant on the product. I used this with the Quick Colon Cleanse #2 until the bottle was used and I am now having 2 BM'S a day without the product. The colon can become clogged and twisted which in turns causes a lot of health problems. I had so much more energy after using these 2 products. I can't believe how good I feel in that no job seems to big to tackle and I can get it done in 1/2 the time because my thinking is so much more clearer. I will use it again in 6 months as this is what I was advised to do by an Herbal Dr.

Every time my digestion slows down (which I can tell because I get an acne breakout) a few of these capsules for 1-2 days really helps to get things moving again. I don't know how well this works for chronic constipation, since I don't have that.

I couldn't believe how well this product worked for me. I have had digestive issues for years, and have tried many things with only moderate success. This formula keeps me well-balanced without any discomfort or emergency situations. And it doesn't cause dependency or any weird side effects. Truly an answer to prayer. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have never found anything like this!! I workout regularly and still find myself constipated quite often. Since finding Lower Bowel, I have felt wonderful. Thank Dr. Christopher! I didn't realize having a bowel movement everyday would make me feel so good.

I take 6 capsules per day, and have a bowel movement every day. I take Dr Christopher's lower bowel formula because of former irregularity. I've been pro health for myself after a big weight loss, and eat healthy foods 98% of the time. The formula is a regular part of my health program and I am 54 years young. I am scheduled for my first colonoscopy soon, and expect to be clear.

I bought this product as a recommendation from a book I recently read. I have had trouble with consitpation and gas for many years now. After taking this product for three days, I have only had two very small watery stools and feel worse than ever. I also developed a yellowish/reddish spot on the top back part of the inside of my mouth with red spots. (Aghhhhhh) I am very disapointed in this product. Will try Colonix by Dr. Natura next, hopefully that will work.
