Powerful news that makes sense. Addresses health issues that many people experience. Easy to read and locate specific subjects.

A while ago I read the book The Miracle of MSM: The Natural Solution for Pain because I was thinking of trying out MSM for my allergies and a bit of back pain I have had for a few years. Great book, lots of information but unfortunately the MSM didn't work for me. In the meanwhile as I had a friend who was coming over from the USA and there were still a few copies of this book at a reasonable price I decided to order it. Great information again, especially as I had read the other one a while ago so this one refreshed my mind. This is a well written book where you can find all the information you need about how MSM works for allergies, skin problems, pain, autoimmune disorders, the eyes, etc. I think that I am going to give MSM another go maybe in a higher dose and coupled with a few of the supplements advised in this book(in the meanwhile I tried a MSM drink with condroitin and glucosamine which seems to be working for the pain). Unfortunately, here in Europe, MSM is not so easy to find and it is quite expensive.

Earl Mindell says that there is no cure for osteoarthritis which is not true! I had the problem in one knee years ago which was cured by a doctor in a small health food store in Portugal. He applied two different kinds of electrodes on my knee twice and after that I was completely all right and have been for almost 6 years (the doctors wanted me to be on heavy medication for a number of years and later in life have a knee replacement)! In the end a lot of problems known as being incurable have easy treatments, if only you know where to find them!

The main difference between this book and the other one is that the other one was written by two doctors who treated patients with MSM for many years and includes a lot of case stories. It all depends on what you want, I suppose..... Both contain very good information and are easy to read.
