A must read if you are a fan of horse racing in America. Especially if you were not able to read the daily papers in the 1960's and 1970's. A tremendous story of the heart and courage of Dr. Fager and a trainer's and owner's dedication to horse racing. Feel like you were there. Also a testiment to racing horses beyond thier 3 year old season. You can never go wrong reading Steve Haskin.

Product arrived quickly and in perfect shape. This book nicely captures the career of the mighty Dr. Fager, a horse that ought not be forgotten. A nice addition for fans of racing history.
