Great toothbrush now the kids want to brush. They keep brushing until the lights go out. Which is longer than they used to. All of the kids think it's cool to shut the bathroom light off and let the toothbrushes light up the room when they brush!!!! The only drawback it is hard to turn them on. :)

I know the timer is supposed to be a "minimum" time for brushing teeth, but for my twin 3-year-olds (who would drag toothbrushing out forever if they could), it is a great product to get them to STOP brushing their teeth. Now, to make sure the job actually gets done, I get "Mommy's turn" to brush their teeth first (for one cycle of flashing), and then they get to do it themselves (for another cycle). I LOVE this product for making bedtime routine go a little smoother than it would otherwise. I found the Firefly toothbrushes at my local grocery store, but sadly, they stopped carrying it, so now I have to buy it on-line (and pay shipping). :-(

My kids use to rush when brushing their teeth. When I seen this toothbrush at the store I figured I would buy a couple and let the kids try them out, after all there were only $1 each.

That night my kids were really excited about brushing their teeth. They know they have to keep brushing till the light stops. This toothbrush is perfect for teaching kids that they need to spend more than a few seconds brushing. I seen they also make some toothbrushes with music too. If I see one at a store I go try i'll probably pick some up and try those too. But until then, we'll be sticking with the light up ones.
