Mix equal parts of this vinegar with Walnut Oil and Honey ... use over a spinach salad ... and be prepared to experience the MOST WONDERFUL blend of flavors. I found this and Walnut Oil by reading AMAZON reviews for something ... one of the reviews mentioned this recipe and these products. Thank you to that person.

I am following Dr Fuhrman's advice to the letter. This is the only doc that makes sense to me. The blood orange vinegar is terrific by itself. I will definitely order again.

Dr. Fuhrman has excellent quality vinegars, although you will certainly pay dearly for them. If you don't mind the high price, then they are certainly tasty.

This was surprisingly tart....I don't want to use very much oil so I won't be using it on salads. It may be OK in something like a cake mix or baked apples and the like. This bottle will go a very long way!
