This product should be called, "Hair Boot Camp!" Just rub it into your scalp & run through your wet hair after normal washing. it's excellent! i use it before I blow dry & it manages to protect my hair from damage. My previously tired looking locks are now glossy & 100% healthy. Smells nice, too. best magical product ever.

I can't use products with artificial or even strong natural fragrance but this does not bother me. It feels refreshing on the scalp.

Use it every other night, saturate my scalp, and now I'm not scratching all day long like usual. Colorado is very dry all year long, but in the winter it's even worse because of the indoor heating. I don't have dandruff or other conditions like that, but my whole body just itches like crazy from dry air from December to about March or April each year. This on the scalp, Aveeno Anti-itch lotion on the body, and Revaleskin night cream on the face and neck and good to go! (no, it's not an inexpensive time of year :(
