Directions
After using Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Milk and a Dr. Hauschka toner or conditioner, Rejuvenating Mask is spread liberally onto face. (Ideally, the area around the eyes, ear lobes, neck and upper part of chest are included.) Allow to work upon skin for 15 to 20 minutes; then compress gently away with a tepid, moist cloth. For oily, impure skin a treatment is suggested once per week. For sensitive, dry and normal skin treat once or twice per month

I'm a Dr. Hauschka junkie, so take my review with a grain of salt because it's biased. I love this face mask so much. It sucks that it's so expensive and only 1 oz, but it doesn't get used up as fast as you'd think. When I first got it, I only used it sporadically because I was trying to make it last, but over the past few weeks I got over that and now I use it twice a week and I've noticed a slight improvement in my skin. It smells so good and doesn't dry your skin out like most masks. I leave it on for like 20 minutes and my skin always feels so happy during and after. So, while I'm not completely convinced that it's worth the money....I still keep buying it.
