If you are after a sex toy, forget pumps. It is wise to consult a physician if any medical issue exists.

It appears other reviewers expect miracles, devices such as this do very little for young healthy males. This product greatly assists males with ED. It has a calibrated vacuum gauge for safety. Research use of such devices (at credible sites) for restoration of normal erections.

Regular use at modest vacuums can significantly restore normal erections and dramatically improve satisfaction of both partners. Particularly for those that might have medication or surgical induced ED. Such often suppresses normal nocturnal erections and thus suppress normal "conditioning".

Regular usage can temporarily increase girth significantly (such increase declines if usage is discontinued). Just don't overdue it!!! Try regular usage at modest vacuums for "exercise" and forget the constriction device.

This is really not an enlargement tool but an erection tool. My GU surgeon gave me one some years ago when he retired saying you may need this someday for ED. He was right! He told me to combine this with penile rings to hold the erection once the pump has filled up the caverns in the penis. Also that I can use more than one ring at a time. Now I am past 80 and still have regular coitus using the pump and five rings. (I am a retired MD). Use the pump on a lubed penis to complete the enlargemen, then add rings one at a time with the pump in between until you reach the desired size. I can achieve erections that match what I could do when I was in my twenties. The multiple rings do not bother my wife, she says she can not tell they are on there without using her hands. Do not leave the rings on longer than 30 minutes

I've owned a couple of pumps and this one by far works the best. Very easy to use.

At 71 years old it is a lot to expect for a miracle to raise the dead ,but it has helped after 3 weeks of daily use 2 to 3 timess a day there is some expansion that is beginning to show .but keep in mind that 35 years of diabetes and 3 heart operations I know Im not going to be a poster model for the product The quality of construction and its size`it will handle some really large shafts,you might say there is room for growth and expansion.I am going to continue useing it and hope it turns into a big deal.pun intended.I have tried viagra and yohimbine they were a failure .I'm useing thiis with Extenzite pills . I wont ever get back to the original 7.5 inches but being able to get any kind of erection is a pleasure.Both products advise it will take a few months to get max results.I found that KY jelly makes a better seal than the liquid it came with.do not be supprized at realeasing the vaccum that the size shrinks very noticeably gradually it gets better with constant use .And lets face it guys giving your tool a work out is fun anyways.Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

I bought this Item several weeks ago and have been using it every other day. My wife and I can definatly see a differance in the girth and length of my cock. When I first started I would slide my cock in the tube without a problem. Now even with lube on it it is a tighter fit. WARNING! This is a great product and works well but over pumping can cause the veins to come out, showing red vein marks on you cock. I have been slowly working my way up on the pump guage, Started at 2 and now I am up to 3. Two changes I would like to see. I would like to see a ruler taped on the side of the tube so you can see you progress. Second another tube that is bigger in girth. ( if they do have one I have not been able to find it) Five star all the way.
