However, that being said, Dr. Kidd is a doctor and I'm not. He has more wisdom and experience than I do. So I am still recommending this book. But, as with everything in life, use your own judgement. He has some excellent suggestions that I wasn't aware of or didn't consider incorporating into my cats' diet and regimen. Overall, a good resource to have on hand. But, a resource for folks with some herbal knowledge and a home apothecary.
