Purchased the tape for black screens, but works well on both. So far, the wind and cats have not removed it! Only suggestion is to start tape at least in inch above the tare and take it to at least another inch below.

I have used the screen repair tape in miltiple locations on a screen room in our backyard. For small repairs the tape works well. For larger repairs, it is difficult to get the screen tape attached without two individuals working the project. I am satified with the results on the smaller repairs.

We ordered a roll of this screen repair tape to repair a screen door with a 2 inch rip. The tape sticks for a few days and then falls off. I've put it on twice and it happened both times. It's a very good idea but the adhesive needs to be stickier. My solution was to stick on a piece of the tape over the rip and then with needle & thread sew the patch on - it won't come off now!!

Well, I finally got around to apply the screen mesh to repair my screen door. I waited for warm dry weather and wiped the screen door down with alcohol to make sure I had a clean surface to start with. I was so happy that all went well in the application! However, after two months all the strips fell off. The glue on the repair mesh just seemed to totally disappear. Very dissapointed!

The first five feet of a fifteen foot long roll did not stick at all. The rest stuck for a day or two and fell off. Awful.

This repair tape didn't work. The sticky backing is not sticky enough. The tape wouldn't stick to the screen as it kept falling off.

The tape sticks nice and does not fall off, even after a few days of rain. It's a decent thickness. Looks OK and blends with the rest of the screen good enough for what it is. No point replacing my slider when the dogs will just scratch it again.
