Amazing boot, but runs big,

I liked the look of this and the reviews seemed positive, so I was willing to give this a second try when my normal size (10) was too big in this shoe. So I ordered a full size down.
Since I first slipped them on I have literally only taken them off to shower, sleep and change. I can't get enough. Every day that goes buy the leather softens up a bit more and molds itself more to my walking habits. Business casual or totally casual, these things really tie an outfit together. Pros: * Excellent quality leather * Classic yet modern design * Can wear indefinitely without discomfort * Women seem to love them Cons: * A little more play in the heel than necessary * Sizing runs way big * Boot shaft could be more snug

Amazon supposedly sent it out, never came and they didnt/wouldnt send anymore. closest ones i found too it dont fit right. at least they credited me back. if you dont ever send the order, dont send an email asking for a review.
