The product arrived on time, brand new, and looks fabulous. The shoes fit great - not too tight, or too wide, though it will take a little time to break them in. They also have really nice arch support and have a firm, but comfortable insole. These shoes go well with anything - from skirts to jeans! Excellent product!

I love these shoes! They run kinda big and wide. They are somewhat comfortable except for one major problem. The top frontal part of the shoe cuts in to my foot. I've tried everything to soften it and stretch it but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. As a result I can't wear them which is a shame because I love the shoe. Try them I suppose but keep your receipt.

First let me say that I love Dr. Martens style shoes. I love the style and fit of these particular shoes. I wish they seemed like they would last a while, but not so. I bought these from Amazon seven months ago, and already the stitching at the non-buckle side of the straps is unraveling in a major way-- in a very noticeable way.

I wear these shoes gently, about three days a week. Mostly I wear them to work, which is where I work at a desk all day. The only reason these shoes are falling apart is that they are not made well. It's a shame, since they are very cute and they fit pretty well. I would certainly return/exchange them if I could.

Next time I buy Dr Martens shoes, I will make sure the style I buy is one of their "for life" products. The shoes in that category come with a workmanship guarantee.
