4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Fantastic!!, December 28, 2007

Overall a very comfy shoe. They do run a little big, but nothing a good thick pair of socks won't fix! I've worn them almost everyday since buying them. They look great with a pair of khakis or cords, and even jeans. They were exactly what I was in search of and at a GREAT price. Shipping was fast, I got them within 4 days of my ordering.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good shoe with a few adjustments, November 5, 2011
This review is from: Dr. Martens Women's Club Lace To Toe Gibson (Apparel)
I have had these shoes for a couple years now. They fit true to size, but are a bit narrow; I had to get mine in a wide width. My main issue with the shoe is the insole. The stiching around the label under the heel is very rough, and gave me blisters. There is no arch support. Also, the lining of the shoe is fabric that has a bumpy texture that made it uncomfortable for my feet. I finally just bought Profoot Care The 2oz. Miracle, Custom Molding Insoles, Women's Sizes 6-10, Lavendar Pack of 3), which helped so much! With these, I have no problem with the inside of the shoe. However, with these insoles, you have to replace them about every 6 months, since they do wear down. Also, with the tread, I thought they would work well on snow and ice in the winter. The tread, despite the deep grooves, is smooth, and is prone to slipping. Just a bit of a warning.
