Each of the articles in this blog analyzes a study that has been published recently, or something that has been in the news. The articles are well-written and provide lots of info, pro and con, about the article's subject. Each article has links in the text so you can get more info about important things, and at the end of each article there are links to 3 more articles about the subject. Dr. Mercola often recommends things you can do to improve your health, and things to avoid which are harmful. There is lots of very good health info in this blog, and it's written so anyone can understand. During the trial I got over 10 articles per week.

My only complaint is about Mercola's obvious bias. He accuses every drug and food company of being concerned only with making money, and not caring at all about people's health. Every time he mentions the government he accuses them of being in cahoots with the corporations. I'm sure these things are true part of the time, but not all the time. Other than that, I would have given this blog 5 stars.
