I have never been this regular in my life! It works very well. I initially bought it for detox and to help with irregularity, but it also helped me to loose 10 lbs in less than a month :-) **BONUS**

This is my 2nd week using the tea. I am regular (usually going once in the morning in addition to late afternoon using the tea) & eat a healthy, balanced diet and can say the product definitely works, though takes 8 to 10 hours to kick in. After day 3, I decided to drink two 8 oz glasses with breakfast-which results in a late afternoon cleanse, so to speak. This morning I drank the tea at 7:30 and it is 4:15 with no action yet-though there definitely will be soon. The bowel movement comes on fast, with a definite crampy indicator that you need to go! As I said, I choose to drink the tea early as the first few days (having drank the tea around 1 w/ lunch) I was having the urgency to go after 10pm and in the wee hours of the morning (1-2am). I may have lost a few pounds, I feel lighter though haven't honestly weighed in. I feel good and my skin looks good, though I find the more water I drink the better I look. Can't say that this does all it claims to do, though will finish my months supply and see how it goes. If it is stimulating an extra bowel movement in my day, I would imagine there will be weightloss, though hopefully not nutrient loss.

Follow up to 1st part of review (above) 5/30/2011

All in all I am not completely sold on this product. As I mentioned before, it takes many hours for it to kick in & honestly it is uncomfortable and most urgent when it does. My skin looks great, though I attribute this to drinking 2 cups of the tea in the morning along water throughout the day, with my diet, sleep habits and skin care regime. Maybe this is the answer for someone who is not regular, though I think if people drank more water in general the ease would come. I would say I maybe feel lighter, though no dramtic weightloss. I don't enjoy the fact that it takes 8 to 10 hours for the bowel movement to kick in & the diarrea cramps are too much for me. This is definitely not a miracle tea, though if it gets people drinking more water and helps them great! I will find something else to spend my money on.

My wife and I have used this product off and on for about 3-years. We definitely can tell the difference when we are not using it. We just feel healthier and less bloated when we consistently use it. I normally make a 2-gallon jug at a time using 2 extra strength and 2 regular strength tea bags. 8-ozs in the am and pm.
