I have been using this product for about a year now because a co-worker recommended it to me. I used to have a lot of pain in my elbow and back. After using this for a few days straight, the pain would lesson considerably. Then when I stopped, the pain came back to the level that I had before using the product. My doctor says that there is no problem taking it continuously and I have found that if I simply take it daily then I get the most consistently nice results. I hope it works for you too.

Getting older is no fun at times. I found that when I hit about 47 years old, I started to get a lot of joint pains from playing sports. I was playing a lot of volleyball and could really feel my age. Then, even just walking around, sometimes my back or knees with ache. I didnt want to take pain pills because they are not a good long term solution.

this product was recommended to me and I had never taken a product like it before but was a big fan of herbal supplments in general. well, to come to the point, this product was fantastic for alleviating my pain. I find that when I use it, my joint pain goes away. When I discontinue it, the pain comes back in a few days. Once I did the math, I decided that it was a small price to pay for a better quality of life so I use it every day now and am not limited in the things that I like to do in life.

My current girlfriend bought me this after I tore my knee hitting the heavy bag in the gym. I tore a ligamint under the knee cap but didnt need surgery. I was having a lot of pain in that knee and then after a while, my other knee was hurting, I think because I was using the other leg to much to compensate for the injury.

I started using this product and my sore knee (not the torn one) started to feel a lot better after a few days. The results were noticable. My torn knee had some of the pain go away but will need more time to recover. I highly recommend this product; it is a lot safer and sound than pain killers.
