I typically use either Herbalife Niteworks (which tastes great) or a mountain of supplements (which is how I think and refer to them) to get the Nitric Oxide recommended by Dr. Ignarro and others (such as the Hardness Factor guy). Tried this as a less expensive alternative to Niteworks (which is very expensive) but the taste was, uh, NOT GOOD (there, that is a polite way to put it). Only this is not such a big limitation when put in a smoothie mixture I use. Unfortunately, there is a critical part of Dr. Ignarro formula which they left out: L-Citrulline!

It always amazes me that L-Arginine get so much of the well-deserved attention, but then L-Citrulline is almost unknown. Our local health store even stopped carrying it because of lack of demand. Yet, Dr. Ignarro points out that all the effort about L-Arginine and anti-oxidants is crippled without L-Citrulline to act as a catalyst and enhancer. Well, I make up for the lack by taking L-Citrulline capsules, and, next improvement to try is to get it in powder form and add it to the smoothies as made.

So, that is the two critical things that this product lacks. 1) Taste could be better, 2) No L-Citrulline included. But, there is acceptable workarounds and other than that it seems unique in the market place. Nitric Oxide? Great stuff! Have been doing it for about a year now and definitely see, feel, and live the difference!

This is a great product. Used to be able to get it form Walgreens but the product was bought out and you have to special order it now. So, got it online. It works great for me though. Reduces my need for medication for hypertension that I would normally need. I used to have chest pain and taking this product has deminished my chest pain to zero. I take it daily. Thanks`!

This stuff had the consistency of clumpy sand and mixes in liquids about the way you would expect that to do. I believe in the ingredient--just not this brand of it. I rename it Cardio Swill.

I have occasional pains in my legs. When I take this regularly the pain disappears. I used to buy it at the store. When they clearanced it out, I bought about 5 containers. I hate paying the postage, but I don't like being without it. I will order it again.

This is a wonderful product approaching the miraculous. It has helped my and my mother's blood pressure. It helped a patch of darkened area around my ankle (probably because of vascular/heart problem) to fade away. My father's memory who has Alzheimer's has improved a little (but noticeably). My friend's leg pain while walking has improved significantly. It is also good for the romance department!
