I'm an all around player who has grown up using smooth rubbers. In general I have no trouble with topspin, occasional trouble with backspin, but often trouble with back and heavy side spin on my backhand. So as I've gotten older, I've experimented with many rubber types. I tried long pips OX on my backhand and had no trouble with any spin, but I lost my whole offensive game on that side. So I tried the Leopard, and it is everything it claims. I am using 2.0 sponge to give me the "feel" of a softer rubber, and now I can return almost any spin, and I have an awesome offensive game with some deception as well. This rubber allows you to change the tempo at will and it does impart quit a bit of offensive spin if you want to. So now I can easily defend against spin, return spin, and attack when I want with great control. This rubber will make you loose less points, guranteed!
