My husband hates to read and certainly won't read "self help" type books. I waited for him to have a weak moment and slid this into the DVD player. Presto, he had some resistance but grudgingly acknowledged that he saw some stuff that was helpful. Although he didn't fall for it long enough to let me get the 2nd program in. :)

I really like what Dr. Roizen teaches in this DVD,you really got an idea of how you should act to have a better quality life and loose weight.
I just don't think it is complete. Very good though
