I've always loved the outdoors and have easily gotten blisters in the past, but when I decided to take on the challenge of walking the AVON Walk For Breast Cancer in Washington, DC in 2010, I knew I had to find something to prevent those blisters from taking over.

I paid attention to the directions and as instructed, applied a generous amount all over my feet before putting on my shoes and socks. I walked a total of 26 miles in just 2 days using this product on my feet (re-applying maybe every 6 miles or so). Unlike many others, I walked away with NO blisters. Of course my feet and muscles were sore, but I was up and walking easily thanks to the lack of blisters that this amazing product helped with.

I absolutely plan to purchase this product again and will be using it on all my hiking excursions this summer!

I do a lot of walking and have had to put bandage upon bandage on my heels to prevent blisters until I happened on Dr. Scholl's blister defense stick. It is amazing ! Just put some on, tie up your shoes and no irritation whatsoever. A most marvelous find !
The only downside (if you can call it a downside) is that the .3 oz stick does not last that awfully long if you do a lot of walking. The upside is Amazon's 4 for $19.99 deal. It's a lot better than buying them individually locally.

This is a fantastic product. I bought some new flats to wear last summer and was so disappointed to discover they wore terrible raw spots on the back of both ankles. I tried some cushioned strips for the shoes but they didn't help at all. Although the Blister Defense was a little expensive, I bought it and carefully kept my receipt and the packaging to take advantage of the money-back-guarantee. I was happily surprised to find Blister Defense prevented those painful raw spots. No need to get my money back. Now I can wear flats without socks! SO happy I found this product!

I tried this and did not notice a lot of difference wearing shoes that rubbed. Am only giving 3 starts because it seemed to help my granddaughter when she used it.
