In Comparison to Other Options,

I wear a lot of high heals and a lot of inserts. In comparison to other options (full coverage memory foam or gel) these are best if used under the following circumstances only.
1. For stilettos/heals over 3" high 2. For those that are a little stretched or slightly too big 3. For those that DO NOT already provide sufficient arch support. I find these work great if the shoe fits all 3 criteria. However they are highly uncomfortable if the stiletto is low, fits well, and already has arch support.

read all the reviews for various products for high heels, and finally decided to try this one. provides enough cushioning all around and it does shift your weight away from the front. you need to play around with the placement a few times to get the right spot. if you barely feel it, you know you did it right.

I finally got the chance to test these babies out the other night at a wedding. Six hours in brand new shoes that wasn't even broken in, but these insoles saved me from a lot of pain, that I'm sure. However, they would have been 10x better if they extended the insoles to the toes because by the end of the night, the balls of my feet was perfectly fine, however, my toes hurt!

I can see how these would be super comfortable if you had size 6 - 7 feet. However, with size 9 feet, you need to choose whether you want your toes to be comfy or your heels, because the insole does not fit anywhere close to your whole shoe. I think larger feet are better off with separate heel & toe inserts until they make these more size specific.

As one of the other reviewers pointed out, these are not good if you have larger feet. I wear a 10 and these were useless to me. If you position the inserts to give you cushion at the ball of your feet, the rest of the insole is in completely the wrong spot and doesn't come any where near your heel. I should have known that something that fits a 6 will not fit a 10!

Makes shoes wearable for longer, but create some problems of their own.,

I've been using this product for a few years now and the reason I still use it is because it sticks and doesn't slide around, and it's the longest insert I've yet to find, even if it doesn't completely cover the ball of my foot. Like one other reviewer said, if you have larger feet, you have to give and take a little from the front and back to make it work. It adds an extra 2-3 hours to the time I'm able to stand wearing my heels. The biggest problem I have with this product is that sometimes after standing around for a while, they make my feet start to sweat and then my feet start sliding forward. This is especially bad in open-toed or peep-toed shoes. A problem is created that wouldn't have been as bad otherwise. Also, these insoles do add a bit of height to your feet, so in a snug pair of heels they may cause a bit of pinching, but in most heels they fit fine for me.

These make wearing heels a lot more comfy! Why didn't someone think of these a long time ago???
The other reviewers are correct; you do have to move these around in your shoes a bit to find the perfect spot, but after that you'll wonder where these babies have been all your life! If you love to wear heels, but wish heels could be a bit more comfy, then these are for you!

Like other reviews have indicated, you will have to shift the insoles around a few times to get them to fit comfortably and some shoe linings are harder to adhere to than others. But they do work! I just wore them in a pair of dance shoes at a rehearsal and my feet felt great afterwards. The last time I wore these shoes the balls of my feet were killing me within an hour but with the insoles I felt like I could dance all night! The three pack is a great deal, I'm excited to try out the other 2 pairs in some of my other less-than-comfortable shoes.

Comfy, but not enough for larger sizes,

I got to try these free through Bzz Agent. I really like that they are adhesive, but not too sticky so you can use them in several pairs of heels. When you first put them in you can really tell a difference. The only problem I had was that they were not long enough for my feet. I wear a size 9 and the insoles were not long enough to reach from my heel to my toes. Matching it up with my heels made it only reach to just past my arches, not even to the balls of my feet. Basically, girls with larger feet will have to decide between hurting heels or toes. I would probably buy the product if they made a longer option for bigger sized feet. Since they do not, I would rather buy the separate toe and heel inserts.

Disappointed,
This review is from: Dr. Scholl's for Her High Heel Insoles (Women's Sizes 6-10) 1-Pair Packages (Pack of 3) (Health and Beauty)
I was disappointed in this product, which I got as part of a BzzAgent campaign to test out. My feet aren't huge (size 8) but these pads were still too small. The sides were too narrow and I couldn't get the top part positioned right to cushion the front of my foot properly. Rather than providing cushy relief, it just felt like something was stuck in my shoe all day. I prefer the regular Dr. Scholl's pads, which I use in heels as well as regular shoes.
