I just bought some new casual sneaks online which felt about 1/2 size too big, but I figured I could deal with it. But after wearing them for a whole day I realized the insoles were so flat that my arches were starting to ache. (I had previously been wearing running shoes with good support). To remedy both these problems I decided to buy some insoles for the first time in my life and I went with the Gels on the advice of my mom, who is a marathon runner. I felt immediately relief in my arches and the sneakers fit perfectly snug when I put the original insoles back in on top of the Gels. The packaging does recommend taking out your old insoles first, but I needed both to achieve a better fit. I would definitely buy these again, to revitalize old shoes and make new ones feel better.

This is great, don't know how I used to walk all day before I got this! It is really a marvel of perfection. Just great!

I wear a size 9 shoe. These insoles were so small in my shoes, it was almost laughable. When I put them in my shoe all the way to the front, the heel of the insole was in the middle of where my heel actually is, and it was pretty uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone who wears around a 9 or bigger.

I have an old pair of sneakers that I absolutely love but they are pretty worn out and were sarting to hurt my feet. Instead of pitching them and buying new ones, I gave these inserts a try and they are fabulous. These make my old shoes feel new again.
