Ok - I'm just about to order a new pair for use in my walking shoes and I noticed a couple negative reviews. So, I decided to put in my review to counter them - I have four pair of these - 2 in work shoes - one in hiking boots and one in my walking shoes. It's hard to say which gets more use my work shoes (on a job that requires me to be on my feet all day on cement floors) - or my walking shoes (I walk a lot - for my health 4-5 times per week 1 - 2 hours per.) These inserts have helped me avoid aching feet for 3 years (same ones) - they're getting a little worn but still going strong. I'm only buying new ones to go with my new walking shoes - THAT'S RIGHT THEY'VE OUT LASTED MY WALKING SHOES ! So to these negative reviews I'd say "are you sure your talking about the same product ?

UPDATE :

After some consideration - the only thing I can think of as to why a couple of reviewers gave these a bad review (most seemed to complain about them slipping or bunching up in shoe. One - you've got to cut these to fit your shoe size - there are outlines on the undersides to follow according to what size you take. This is extremely important if you don't cut them correctly they will not fit in your shoe properly and probably will move around on you. So be extra careful when you get ready to cut them to fit - screw it up and there's no going back. Better to leave them a tiny large - put them in shoe and try them out - you can always carefully trim off more later. In fact I leave a slight extra around the outside - they wear in and that little extra material gives them a better grip and I believe stops them from shifting around. Either way good luck - they're worth a try - usually when a product has mostly good reviews and only a few bad it indicates the reviewers giving the poor reviews probably screwed up. Any product no matter how good it is can be screwed up by poor installation/usage.

I worked as a cashier for a long while and after even a few hours of standing up without much movement it really did some damage. I couldn't stand up normal, my legs almost gave out on the longer shifts, etc. These took off a lot of the pressure, and while I did feel some strain after 8+ hour shifts, it was nowhere near what I had felt before. Not to mention the short shifts went by without even a twinge of pain or strain.

I recommend this if your job involves a lot of standing with little to no movement during the work day. You won't regret it.

I have been using Dr. Scholl's gel insoles for years. This is my first pair of gel work insoles. Although I'm using them in a pair of walking shoes (not work boots) there is a very positive difference. The added support at the sides from the ball of the foot through the heel area is a great improvement. This style of insoles will now be my choice for boot and shoe.

Amazon has no way to leave half a star.

I work in a bar. This means I spend 8 hours a day on my feet on a very lazy day. I bought these inserts to help take some of the stress off of my feet, and after a week my inserts are completely shot. They provide no cushion, no support, and now my feet hurt twice as much as they use too. I've had a pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts before and they were amazing. I wish this could be said for the Massaging Gel Work Insoles, alas it cannot. This is without a doubt the worst 13.76 I've ever spent in my life. I wish I still had the oem packaging to ask for a refund.

For the first three days I came home, and was still raring to go. My feet felt the best they have in months. They made my shoes exceedingly comfortable. Day four it felt like I was walking on concrete barefoot. This is day 11 and I've got blisters the size of quarters on my feet. I've decided to just pull the insoles out. I mean it, worst purchase I've every made involving footwear.

So i just got my pair last night. After just finishing a 9 hour shift standing on my feet i can confirm these helped reduce feet pain GREATLY! After about 5-6 my feet were starting to teel some pain but it was NOWHERE near the pain i felt with the regular soles. I am betond happy with my purchase.

Works great in my workboots where I walk on hard surfaces all day. I don't have the worst feet, so it didn't take anything expensive to make me more comfortable. Does a good job for the money.
