I've bought a few pairs of these since my herniated disc problems arouse. They've helped emmensely especially because I work on my feet all day on cement floors.

These do work as described, but are certainly not the end all. I have ACHILLES TENDINITIS and walking on a hard surface is very painful. I wear shoes with cushy insoles and combined with these, walking is a bit more pain-free. I have tried other brands and these are by far, the best.

I am truly grateful to have stumbled upon these inserts. My orthopedist wanted to do arthroscopic surgery on my hip due to the SI joint pain I have had and pain from a labral tear. I've gone to physical therapy, worked with a chiropractor, had cortisone shots to the hip area, bought different shoes with spongier soles--- doing all I could to avoid a surgery. What has truly made the difference is these inserts as they absorb the shock of everyday walking/ standing. (I'm a teacher.) I've not tried these with any type of shoe so I'm not sure if they're that miraculous, but coupled with Clarks and Primo shoes, they've definitely saved my days from experiencing any pain whatsoever. It's been a year now since I've seen my orthopedist, and I have no intention of having surgery any time soon. I highly recommend these especially before doing anything drastic as surgery or accepting continuous cortisone shots.
