I ordered these thinking they were shoes and wore them out and about. They are super comfortable and I got lots of compliments on them. However, after about a month of on and off wear, the sole began to shred off. It was then I realized that the sole is covered in a fabric material like slippers. I'm not sure if I was just confused as to what I ordered, but these are definitely not good for solid outdoor wear. I did give mine a "haircut", but I now use them for glorified slippers.
