This is by far the most effective product of it's kind on the market. I have used every existing form of laxative and intestinal supplement and this one works perfectly and rapidly and every time. No other product comes close.

About 1 month into my wife's pregnancy, she became quite constipated. Our sister in law has used this product in the past and we did the research and found out that it is safe for pregnant women to take. She takes one about every other day, and it does the trick. I (the husband) was mildly blocked up and took one, and it gave me diarrhia, so I can only recommend this product to people who have problems, not as an every day colon cleanse for people who are regular.

I love this product. Very cost-effective, too. Contrary to another review, I do not feel any burn from the pepper. It is not habit-forming to the gut, as opposed to most other products with some of the same ingredients. I have to add that it gives some people stomach cramps initially.

This product works just as described. My only complaint was that Haberno Pepper is in the ingredients. Let me just say you can feel the burn. But it works.

I have used this stuff for several months now and it is the best I have ever used. If you have not gone to the bathroom for several days or over a week start by taking two a day just before your meal(as you are starting to eat) and within two days you will be going. Once you start going cut back to once a day unless you start getting blocked up again then go back to two a day.

The first time I used this I haven't gone for over a week so I was taking three a day and on my second day I could feel things were starting to happen in my colon. I had a couple of cramps that went away but then a couple of hours later I had to start going. The good thing about this product is that you feel like you are going normally. I have used bulk fiber and magnesium citrate in the past and even though you went it was an uncomfortable feeling. This one feels completely normal unless you over do it. But then just cut back your dosage.

In reply to one of the reviews above if you take too much you will feel some burning from the peppers used.

In fact its the same response my body gives to any body cleanse...
Also someone on here said the pepper burns and yes it does, ouch! My bottom will burn for like 5 minutes after I go to the bathroom.
I am however gonna kick it up a notch and take 3 pills like i did today... Crossing my fingers...

Good herbal cleanse, highly recommended for those interested in staying healthy. Do the cleanse, following instructions along with a healthy organic diet, and feel the energy and well-being begin within days. I'm very impressed with Dr. Schulze's products.

Beware of buying any Dr. Schulze Products! They will spam your E-mail, I have unsubcribed from them for about 20 times now. I bought one thing 2 years ago and they ignore my requests to take me off thier list.
