I bought this product on a whim because my dentist (I know, strange) told me his wife, who is from Eastern Europe, uses a certain European diaper ointment on her facial blemishes. I couldn't find his recommended ointment online, but I saw that everyone on Amazon loved Dr. Smith's so I decided to try it. My skin heals much faster from breakouts with this product. I feel a little weird using diaper rash cream on my face, but it doesn't cause breakouts, is absorbed easily, and because of the zinc oxide is a good protector from the sun, too. Highly recommended.

Great stuff! I had a rash on the thighs for a year that was scaly an itchy. Regular creams did nothing. After a week it is 90% healed, the redness is gone and the skin is soft again.

There is only one thing I could say about this product, it really works very effectively! My wife's rashes had disappeared. She tried other ointments but didn't work. I'm going to order more of this product.
