About the Author
Susan M. Lark, M.D., is the foremost authority on clinical nutrition and preventive medicine for women's health, and an expert on the use of alternative therapies for hormone balance, menopause, perimenopause, fatigue, hypertension, and more. Dr. Lark is a distinguished clinician, author, lecturer, and innovative product developer.
Throughout the past 30 years, Dr. Lark has pioneered the use of self-care treatments such as diet, nutrition, exercise, and stress magagement techniques in the field of women's health, and has lectured extensively throughout the United States. She graduated from Northwestern University Medical School, and further served on the clinical faculty of Stanford University Medical School and taught in Stanford's Primary Care Associate Program for many years.
Dr. Lark has also published 12 top selling books including the Premenstrual Self Help Book; Menopause Self Help Book. and Anxiety & Stress, among others. She co-authored The Chemistry of Success: Six Secrets of Peak Performance. She is also the editor of the monthly newsletter, Women's Wellness Today , and her bimonthly eLetter, Health Updates With Dr. Lark.
Kimberly Day received her Master of Arts in English in 1997. Since that time, she has penned health-related newsletter and magazine articles, commercials for television and radio, and written a variety of press releases and educational brochures for a national medical association.
But Kimberly's true passion is healthy cuisine, which she brings to hundreds of people across the country with her online eLetter Food for Thought: Quaffs and Cuisine for Decadent Health. Through her eLetter, seminars, and consultations, Kimberly s mission is to teach people of all ages that truly healthy food is truly decadent food.
