Interesting and a good read for those interested in the subject. Some very good suggestions. Very thorough, and up to date information.

Don't waste your money with Dr. Lark's products
Nothing new here unless you haven't read the books by Diana Schwarzbein or John Lee. Also, don't order her products, their customer service is absoultely terrible and you won't be able to turn them off (more shipments and charges then you asked for). Her products are not good compared to others out there.

It is amazing that someone with an MD degree would write a book filled with 100% fraud and quackery.
I took it out from a library. I am writing this that no one will waste their money on this ridiculous nonsense. |
