I took 3 servings in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 3 in the evening before bedtime. I drank at least 20 oz of water with the servings, and ate clean as usually did. This stuff definitely makes a difference. I am in the armed forces and am prone to aching joints and chemical exposure in the enviroment. I felt like a brand new person after each dose, and my aches and joint pain went away. I will be ordering more soon.
