Heads up! The Face first appeared in the 2005 Doctor Who episode 'The End of the World', set five billion years in the future. There, he was the sponsor of an event to safely witness the destruction of Earth by the expansion of the Sun. This finely crafted Face of Boe replica is around 5-inches tall complete with tendrils for hair and a moving mouth. No Doctor Who collection would be complete without this guy!

The Face of Boe measures 5â tall and will reportedly feature an animatronic mouth. Contained by a bulky, tread-driven mechanical life support tank, the disembodied Face of Boe is an oversized leathery-creased countenance populated by distended features and framed by a Medusean mass of feelers and eye stalks. The Face of Boe is an inordinately ancient entity contained within but not unnaturally supported by a life support tank. At one point the Face, apparently indigenous to the Silver Devastation, was shown gathered derisively among a group of wealthy aliens assembled aboard a space platform to watch the Sun engulf the Earth. There are various apocalyptic prophecies attached to the speculative demise of the Face of Boe---an event also apparently connected with Doctor Who.
