Don't try to explain them, just let them be the bad guy.
The characters are not interesting, any "plot twists" are entirely predictable, the writing is amateurish, and the treatment of the original novel is insulting.
I hope the "writers" don't get too much angry with this review but to me this book looked like some (lame) script for some (lame) movie.
