I ordered three different drafting chairs, I have received two of them, this one does not go up as high as i need it to and it is not comfortable at all. The back support is great but not adjustable. I would not purchase this chair again.

I ordered this and put it together. The instructions were pictures only. When I realized I had different parts and some were missing, I called Amazon, only to be transferred to a different company (Bizrate). I left a message with my cell number mentioning I was at work and that was the best number to reach me. I got home and the person left me a message at home. I called her back at her extension stating I wanted to return it and I had purchased one locally. That was a month 3 weeks ago. I then sent an email requesting a return voucher and haven't heard a thing. It will be a long time before I purchase anything from Amazon or Bizrate again. It looks like I am stuck with a defunct chair.
