|3 Disc vs 1 disc||
Not sure if you still need an answer or not, but the 1 disc version is just the Uncut movie. The 2nd DVD, in the 3 disc version, I'm guessing, has the Theatrical version, and all the bonus features. All my 1 disc had, in the way of extras, were trailers for other shows.

From what I can find via press releases, the uncut version of the film features 20 minutes of never-before-seen footage.
