5.0 out of 5 stars Dragon Ball Z at its best, February 3, 2002

Listen up ya'll. You want the pure, unsaturated Dragon Ball Z, then the Mangas are your best buy! I have issues 1-7 for DBZ and DB and they are great. Uncensored, uncut, blood, guts, perverted humor, the works! They even use the real names (i.e. Son Goku and Kurirun).See the things America networks didn't want you to see (like the a Ginyu Force member getting his head torn off). Plus one issue is like 10 eps of the TV show. Issue 1 has the entire Raditz saga up to Goku's death Issue two is the snake way and Gohan's training and so on.This series is a must for Dragon Ball fans.

4.0 out of 5 stars Another great volume in the Dragon Ball series, November 1, 2011
This review is from: Dragon Ball, Vol. 7 (Paperback)
A fun read as always. I'll just list some of my favorite parts:

-The Turtle Hermit beating up the Red Ribbon Army.

-Lunch sneezing and taking out a couple of RR guys.

-Bulma's flirting failing to work on General Blue.

-General Blue freaking out when he sees a mouse.

-Bulma hiding a huge diamond in her underwear.

I didn't really like the chapters with the Dr. Slump characters. It's a nice cameo for those who are familiar with Dr. Slump, which is another manga by Toriyama, but for those like me who aren't, it's odd and a little out of place. Despite that, I still found those chapters pretty funny.
