4.0 out of 5 stars The World Tournamnet continues!, May 14, 2001
This review is from: Dragon Ball Z - World Tournament - The Draw (Uncut) [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Well, the Junior Division is over and the adults draw numbers to see what order they will face each other in the tournament. 7 Z fighters are left in the final 16(Krillin, Gohan as Great Saiyaman, Goku, Vegeta, Videl, 18, and Piccolo) as well as the two evil Majins Supopo Bitchi and Yam(english names may vary). Also entered are Kibit and the God Kaioshin(name most likely changed) so they can seek out Baba-Di. Rounding out the fighters are Killer, Jewel, some big Genie Guy and the masked fighter named Mighty Mask has actually been replaced by Trunks and Goten. And let's not forget the last contestant who will face Android 18 in the first round, Mr. Satan. And did I mention that Goku and Vegeta drew 11 and 12 and face off in the first round?? Great set up although at times you may find yourself begging for the fight to start already out of sheer excitement...or maybe boredom you decide!

5.0 out of 5 stars Draw, June 21, 2001
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Dragon Ball Z - World Tournament - The Draw (Uncut) [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Big Trouble, Little Trunks - After winning the Junior World Championship, Trunks fights an exhibition match against the reigning World Champion! Totally outclassed, can the Champ hold on to his reputation as the world's strongest? Meanwhile, a pair of mysterious figures present themselves to Goku. What does their eerie presence portend?

Who Will Fight Who? - Trunks and Gohan infiltrate the adult competition at the World Martial Arts Tournament by donning the disguise of Mighty Mask. The pairings for the days matches are selected. The first to fight ? Krillin and Pintar, a man easily ten times Krillin?s size!

Forfeit of Piccolo - Round One begins! Krillin teaches Pintar a speedy lesson and clears the ring for the next set of competitors ? Piccolo and Shin. Piccolo stuns the crowd by surrendering to his mysterious opponent before the first punch is thrown! Next into the ring is Videl, who must face the enormous Spopovitch. Will she be able to handle such a large job?

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Have!, May 25, 2001
By
Garrett Goolsby (Oklahoma City, OK USA) - See all my reviews
Funimation has finally started to release VHS and DVD simutaniously! This DVD is a must have for any Dragonball Z fan! The quality is a lot better than the Pioneer versions, and they're uncut, too. This DVD contains episodes not yet aired on Cartoon Network or any other television network. If you want to see what comes after the Cell Saga, this is what you need! I recommend this DVD to any Dragonball fan, big or small.....
