This is the Red Dragon Foam Padded Nunchuck. The Chuck ends are constructed of foam for safety while training. The Chucks are joined by a 6" steel chain. The chucks feature a swivel joint.

No kidding -- these broke 10 minutes after we opened the package. The string connecting the two pieces is the cheapest material ever and when it breaks it is nearly impossible to replace.

I got this product in and it was completely different. It advertised as having a stainless steel swivel chain but had a weak piece of cord instead. Not even worth the packaging it came in.

My 10 year old son has been using these non-stop since we got them a couple months ago. Good quality. Exactly what we expected. We knew what we were getting, but make sure you know that this is a weapon and could hurt someone or something if the user isn't careful. My son is not allowed to bring them into the room with the big screen TV.
He learned how to use nunchuks by building his own with empty paper towel rolls and string. So by the time he got these he could control them.
