Swelling... Stunning... Majestic, August 4, 2004

I have 214 CDs, ranging from country to classical to a cappella. Only 32 of them are video game soundtracks, and only one or two are imports. This CD is one of my favorite albums of any genre. It's so finely orchestrated that fans of the game (I consider DQ4 one of the best RPGs ever) will appreciate the familiar feelings these new renditions invoke, while music enthusiasts will appreciate it as well. I often have it playing in the background as I cook and serve dinner for guests, and they'll later compliment the music selection without knowing it was from a video game (gasp!).

An excellent CD, March 18, 2002

This CD is truly excellent. The music brings me back to the time when I first played and beat the game. All of the tracks are excellent, and the reminiscence of the game is profound.
