About the Author
K.D. Huxman has a Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Norwich University. Her first children's book, DRAGON TALK, was a summer 2006 release from the Kittycat Books label of Dragonfly Publishing, Inc. She is a member of the Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBW) and worked as an elementary school librarian for several years.
