This review is from: Dragonball Z : Fukkatsu no Fusion!! Gokuu to Bejiita (Comic)
First, let me explain what this is. This is DBZ Movie #12 "The Rebirth of Fusion! Goku and Vegeta!" compact into graphic novel form. The pictures are in color and are viewed in Manga(Japanese Comic) form. The text is all in Japanese, and it is read from right-to-left, like all Japanese books are, as opposed to left-to-right, like American books. As I mentioned, the text is in Japanese. If you can read Japanese, then you've got no problem. Me, I can't read Japanese, but I know the entire plot of the movie, and I have seen clips of it, so I'm pretty much okay. For those of you who don't know, the basic plot is: A Heaven-Dwelling teenager, who is responsible for operating a washing machine that cleans souls before they are sent to Hell, slacks off, allowing the machine to explode and himself to be posessed by an extremely powerful demon named Janemba. Janemba proceeds to take over the Afterlife and the dead begin returning to life on Earth. Gohan, Videl, Goten, and Trunks take action and battle the reborn Freeza, Hitler and his army of Nazis, and practically every villain the Z Fighters have ever killed. Mean while, in the afterlife, Goku, Paikuhan, and Vegeta battle Janemba in a fierce fight. Super Saiya-jin 3 Son Goku makes an appearance, as does Gotenks, and the ultimate fusion, Gogeta! Definetely one of the best DBZ movies, this book is great if you know what's going on. Not for everyone, if your turned off by the Japanese text. Still, I strongly suggest buying it. It even has a 6 page Fusion index in the back that describes Gotenks, Vegetto, and their fights with Majin Buu! A great buy for hardcore DBZ fans!
