5.0 out of 5 stars Fireworks in these episodes
Vanquished, the last three episodes of the Garlic Jr. Saga are great. The ending is filled with action. In this video you get to see the awsome power of Piccolo going against the pumped up Garlic Jr. So long for Kami's lookout. Gohan also shows his true power when he fights Garlic Jr. Lots of fireworks and action in this one. A perfect ending to the Garlic Jr...

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay Video
This was an okay video. The Garlic Jr. Saga really didn't help the stoy, but it did have alot of action. So really you should only buy this if you just want to see all the episodes.

5.0 out of 5 stars Astonishing. Gohan's past comes back to haunt him., July 8, 2000
Many years ago, Gohan was kidnapped by Garlic Jr. Things were looking bad until Gohan, at that time a wimp, made his move against the little green man. Now, after the Frieza Saga, things are still looking bad for the people on Earth. Picollo and Krillin are just barely standing their ground against the new evil, and Gohan is a little scared to take him on. But, when push comes to shove, Gohan is once again placed between a rock, and a very dark dead zone. This tape is the deciding factor as to the future of mankind because mankind is still suffering from the effects of the black water mist. What will happen to the Earths only warriors, well, this is a review. Not a spoiler.

4.0 out of 5 stars Action Packed As Usual, June 19, 2000

If you love the action in all of the DBZ episodes, you'll love this video. It's just as great as all DBZ! The fights are really great, and there are those little weird comedy segments that always leave you going "Uh, what?" All in all, it's really cool.

Ok all you other DBZ freakazoidz out there, you HAVE to get this tape! It's one of the best DBZ Tapes I've ever seen! I like this movie as much as I liked the Trunks Sagas (an I liked those a lot!) This one is really great because it is un-cut, which makes all the DBZ Tapes better! Garlic Jr. is finally defeated in this one!(DUH!) I'm not gonna spoil this tape for you guys, so you have to buy it to see what happens! This one is a must-have for all DBZ fans, so hurry up and get it while it's still here!

Remeber garlic junior? The little green midget that was defeated by Gohan when he was 4? Well... Gohan defeats him again! Same way as before too.. back to the dead zone with you Galic! It's better this time. Ever see a Namek fade away? You have? Well you get to watch it again! As Kami is beaten by some enemies, piccolo also pays the price and is hurt the same time as Kami...huh! How about that! And Krilin's there too but as usual, he gets the worst of the beatings. Speaking of krilin..he's going to propose to Moron-uh...I mean...Maron with surprising results. And watch out...Vegeta's coming back!

4.0 out of 5 stars surprise surprise, September 8, 2002
well he comes, he tries and he fails...as the title may tell you. he gets vaquished again..hehe my advice is if you like DBZ enough then get it. if you dont like it, then dont get it. most people find more flaws in dbz than what they like about it, thus hating it. i like it so much that i plan on getting all of the DVDs. so if youre in my position, then get it and this one you will like!

5.0 out of 5 stars Garlic is gone, January 22, 2001

"madnessmark" (Maple Grove, MN) - See all my reviews
While Kami and Mr. Popo help spray the mist over the earth, Picolo takes on Garlic Jr. who is now at full power. But Kami is attached to Picolo and when Kami gets hurt, so does Picolo. This leaves Picolo with an extreme disability. However, Gohan is the guy who beat Garlic before, so he's up to the challenge. As Garlic's last 2 henchmen are defeated, Garlic unleashes the Dead Zone. Gohan manages to send Garlic back into it, except this time Garlic has no source of power so he cannot get out. The rest of the volume is spent on Kirlin breaking up with Maron. Overall, this volume was a fare ending to this cool mini-series. I enjoyed it and I hope that the DBZ movies will be the same. The dub is a little off at times, but please bear with us. If any luck, we will get a DVD since its a short series. If you've got little money to spend on following an entire saga, buy the three tapes of this saga. You'll love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Go Gohan, July 23, 2000
A Kid's Review
Usually it is Goku who is the last one standing to fight, but since Goku is not around this time it is Gohan. This is the best tape of the Garlic Jr Saga. Gohan once again is the one to get rid of Garlic Jr. Gohan is also the one to get rid of the last of the Spice Boys. The bottom line is it was all Gohan in this video. It was cool and you should get this tape for your collection.
