Solid, comfortable, very sharp knife,
I just got this knife as a birthday present from someone who's had one for a long time. It's much more comfortable than other knives I've had, with perfect spots for my forefinger and my thumb. It's hella-sharp and feels very sturdy.
It's pretty easy to open with the big hole. It's kind of stiff to open, but I guess it's better that way so it won't come open in my pocket (I've had cheaper knives do that...OUCH).

Great little Kinfe,

After seeing some Spyderco knives I decided to get one for myself. It's a great little knife, VERY sharp, easy to open and close. Locking blade locks securely open and is easy enought to close. The only "complaint" I would have is the pocket clip is very stiff. This one has a molded clip, not a screwed on metal one like the larger knives. The clip is too stiff to just slip the clip onto a pocket in jeans, you have to open the clip up a little to get the clip over the fabric. I didn't buy it for a clip knife anyway so not a bid deal to me, its plenty small enough to fit easily in your pocket.

Adequate small utility knife,

Spyderco definately have very good single handed opening knives. What makes them a bit better is that the knives can be opened when either your fingers are cold/ numb, or the fingernail itself cant be used- inside gloves, bitten down to the quick, bandaged, cut too short etc....not so easy with the fingernail tab opening pocket knives
I bought this knife because its legal in my country, will still cut open heavy cardboard cartons and envelopes/ small packages. Small size doesnt poke me anywhere while its in my pocket. One handed opening helps, not mandatory. Also a very neat little package when folded up, well thought out design. May not have serrations, which are handier when sawing through cartons, packaging straps etc, yet a straight edge gives less concern (and easier to sharpen) when using it in front of other people. perceived to be less agressive, perhaps? Still, with my 4 1/2 inch hand size, (about 95mm - measuring across the inside of my knuckles, palm side) this knife looks tiny in my hand, yet is still easy to use. Recomended
