3.0 out of 5 stars It was OK
This book is okay. It all starts when Mrs. Jeepers tells her class that a new pizza place has opened called Jewwel's Pizza. Then Howie, Liza, Eddie and Melody hear strange dragon-like sounds from the kitchen. They think that George, the restraunt owner is St. George holding a dragon as slavery for cooking the pizza.

4.0 out of 5 stars Dragons Don't Cook Pizza, October 2, 2002
A Kid's Review
The name of this book is Dragons Don't Cook Pizza and the authors are Debbie Dadey and Marcia Jones.

The book was awesome! Even though it's for kids younger kids than I am, I still read it.
The best part in the book is when they all work together to figure out the riddle.
The worst part was when Eddie didn't think that Dragons existed.

This book was cool, funny and exciting.
I hope whoever likes to read picks out this book and enjoys it, because it's worth your while.

5.0 out of 5 stars What's Out in the Kitchen, April 4, 2010

The Bailey School Kids, Eddie, Howie, Melody and Liza are on their way to Jewel's Pizza Castle to get pizza with their class. Mrs. Jeepers, their teacher with the Transylvanian accent, is taking them there to reward them for all the books they've read. When they get there and are situated around their table, they hear a rumble and a growl and Melody sees a fire coming from the kitchen. The owner of the Pizza Castle says it's not a problem, that he has the situation under control, but doe he? What is out in that kitchen? You will have a wonderful time reading this to your toddler and watching her squirm as you move through the story. Then, after you've read it aloud several times, you can pack the book away and save it for her to read herself when she's a little older

5.0 out of 5 stars Great!!!!!, February 11, 2005
I Like this book!.The owner of Jewel Pizza Castle is dressed like a knight. The sign over the kitchen says "The Dungeon". Could the cook really be a fire- breathing dragon?.

It's up to Howie and the rest of The Bailey School Kids to find out the secret to the best tasting pizzas in town!

5.0 out of 5 stars I loved it!, March 6, 1998

I loved the part when the four friends went out in the night to see if there was a dragon. Howie went to go check and Eddie, Melody, and Liza thought that Howie was eaten by the dragon! The funny part was when the swinging door slapped Eddie on the behind!
