I would almost move back to NY from Phoenix, AZ to get Drakes.

This is the best. At least I have Gristedes to order from. I just cant take the winters anymore.

Ideal for people who expect to fancy a snack in about 1-2 business days time.

Drake's Devil Dogs are delicious. The devil dog is made of two layers of devil's food cake filled with a thick, somewhat vanilla flavored creme filling between the two layers of devil food cake. Once I ate one I just HAD to eat another more!

These devil dogs are perfect for a sugar kick when you're on the go and too busy to stop for an actual meal. They make great after school snacks for the kids, too.

However, the fun just might stop there. Unfortunately, these devil dogs are rather unhealthy for you. They contain a lot of fat and sugar; and they even contain some trans-fats which are absolutely off limits! At least they don't have cholesterol; and they are kosher if that matters to you.

You should also talk with your doctor about any sugar intake issues or other related dietary restrictions you may need to consider before eating Drake's Devil Dogs. I certainly wouldn't eat these everyday.

Devil Dogs by Drake's make for a good snack--now and then. And, after all, life is short and you can't be perfect. Try getting a box and treating yourself to a devil dog now and then--start tonight if you want!

These little cakes are so good with coffee and a real treat especially when frozen. They can be a little dry if eaten without a beverage, otherwise, but they are an all time favorite of mine since I was a little girl growing up in Brooklyn, NY. This company also used to put out little cream filled cakes called Yankee Doodles, but I don't think they are around anymore. I'm just glad Drake's was kind enough to keep one of them going and I'm glad I found a place where I could order them without bothering my sister in NY all the time.

They're worth the try.
